Covid-19 Information

As advised by the BC Medical Health Officer, we’re currently doing most appointments by telephone or video call, and it’s working well. To minimize the risks to everyone, including you, us, and the community, we are seeing people face-to-face only when we deem it essential following a telephone or video assessment. During the pandemic we are doing our best to provide primary care services to everyone on Gabriola, whether you are registered with us or not.

Symptoms of COVID-19?

Call us and make an appointment. We can do COVID-19 tests where appropriate. COVID-19 symptoms are the same as those of a cold or flu, and testing may be important even if your symptoms are mild or you have only one symptom. Look for fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, blocked nose, loss of sense of smell, headache, muscle aches, fatigue.

Please tell us beforehand if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 (see above).

Please call once you have arrived to advise us that you are here. We will let you know when it is time to come into the office.

We require all visitors to the clinic to wear a medical mask. Bring your own if possible.
